Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we may not be able to process your request. Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive to make sure everything meets your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by improper handling are not eligible for return.
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are non-refundable.
- Only items purchased directly from sillyplates.com are eligible for return or exchange.
Free Return Shipping
We provide free prepaid return labels for customers located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Simply contact our support team to start your return request. Please do not ship items back without our approval, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
How to Start a Return
- Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- Our support team will confirm eligibility within 1 business day and email you a prepaid return label with instructions.
- Print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off with the carrier listed on the label.
- Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days and notify you by email.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
- Refunds are issued for the product price only; original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- No restocking or handling fees apply.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed successfully.
Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process above and let us know you’d prefer an exchange. We’ll send your replacement as soon as the original item is received and inspected.
Exchange requests are typically completed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return. If the replacement item is unavailable, you’ll receive a full refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and quality checking every order, but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging to [email protected].
After verification, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and offer either a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Please do not discard the item until your case has been resolved.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order will begin processing, and we can’t guarantee cancellation. If your order has already shipped, you can still return it once it arrives, following the steps above.
